Junior Instruction at Monarch Bay
At Monarch Bay, we believe the future of golf starts with great instruction. Our junior programs are designed to help young players develop skills, confidence, and a lifelong love for the game. From beginners learning the basics to more advanced juniors fine- tuning their swings, our coaching team provides a supportive and fun learning environment for every level.
Led by our experienced PGA and LPGA instructors, the programs focus on fundamentals, course etiquette, and personal growth — both on and off the course. With small group sizes, hands-on teaching, and a focus on progress through play, each student receives the attention and encouragement they need to succeed. We’re proud to support youth golf in San Leandro and look forward to expanding our year-round programs and partnerships to give even more juniors a chance to learn, compete, and enjoy the game at Monarch Bay.
